Introduction:
The alignment chart linked below is an incredibly important step of the design process, and it provides several key insights into the Zoom Learning Module. First, it provides an overview of the objectives and what learners are expected to master. Second, it outlines the instructional activities and assessments that will allow learners to master as well as demonstrate mastery of the stated objectives. Finally, it clearly underlines the "alignment" between objectives and activities.  In simpler terms, the alignment chart provides an accessible general overview for anyone who wishes to understand the flow of learning as well as the intended outcomes of the module.

Note: This alignment chart follows the absorb-do-connect framework as created by William Horton (2012). This framework of learning activities enhances the alignment chart by creating a lens for readers to understand the connections between the goals for the learners and the tasks they will be performing throughout the module.
